Shipping, Delivery & Returns
How do you ship?
Orders are prepared within 1-2 working days and dispatched via Colissimo or DHL Express. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered, the delivery location and the delivery method chosen.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
What are the shipping rates?
Our shipping rates vary depending on the weight, the destination and the delivery method chosen. Here are the applicable rates for the main destinations:

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, depending on your delivery address, shipping is free for orders over €100 (mainland France), €200 (European Union), €250 (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland) or €300 (rest of the world).
What happens if an item arrives broken?
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the broken item(s).
Will I have to pay customs duties when I receive my order?
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to any additional taxes or customs duties. Orders shipped outside the European Union and sold duty free may be subject to customs duties and value added taxes.
How can I return a product?
Please contact us using our contact form before returning an undamaged item. We are happy to refund unused items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the exception of sale items. Shipping costs associated with the return of an undamaged item are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, including their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Any item returned damaged, chipped or broken will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. In the event that a return reduces the remaining order amount below the applicable shipping discount threshold, the original shipping discount will no longer be available and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Care & Repair
Are your ceramics microwave, oven and dishwasher safe?
Most of our tableware is microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. For more information, please consult the relevant product pages.
Can you repair my broken ceramic pieces?
Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services at this time.
Collaborations
Do you wholesale to retailers or work with restaurants, cafés and hotels?
Kihara collections and others are available for wholesale and bespoke orders. Our original Dejima × Kihara collections are not currently available for wholesale.
How can I take part in your residency programme?
Artists, designers and brands interested in our residency programme are invited to apply to our open calls, which are posted regularly. Subscribe to our newsletter to make sure you don’t miss out on the next opportunity!
I’m planning a trip to Japan. Can I visit your workshops?
We do not currently organise studio visits or tourist itineraries.
