ARTICLE 1: PRICES

1.1 - Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) (€) and include all taxes. They include the cost of the products, handling and packaging but exclude shipping costs.

1.2 - If you order from a country other than Metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable for shipments outside the French Overseas Departments and Territories and the European Union. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Dejima and are at your charge.

1.3 - Dejima reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products, subject to their availability, are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.

ARTICLE 2: ORDERING

2.1 - An order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

2.2 - Once you have placed an order on the site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the status of your payment. This e-mail summarises the details of your order: products, quantities, price and delivery address.

2.3 - Orders take 48 hours to prepare. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second e-mail including a tracking number.

2.4 - Dejima reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a previous payment dispute.

ARTICLE 3 : PAYMENT

3.1 - Payment for an order is made by credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payment is made via Stripe, and your bank details are transferred in total security (SSL protocol). Dejima never has access to these data.

3.2 - Dejima reserves the right to suspend an order in case of refusal of payment authorization or non-payment.

ARTICLE 4 : DELIVERY

4.1 - The delivery times shown on the website are given as an indication only.

4.2 - Dejima cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. This delay does not give you the right to cancel the order, to refuse it or to ask for compensation.

4.3 - In the event that you receive a damaged or opened parcel, Dejima is committed to deliver you a new shipment at no additional cost. This is possible under the express condition that you have previously refused the parcel to the postal service of your country and contacted Dejima to inform of the incident.

4.4 - If you have not received a parcel and proof is provided that it has been lost by the postal service, Dejima will send you a new shipment at no additional cost.

ARTICLE 5 : CONFORMITY

The products are sold as shown on the website. Dejima cannot be held responsible for the slight differences that may exist and that are due to the production techniques used.

ARTICLE 6 : WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

6.1 - You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. Only the price of the product and the delivery costs will be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.

6.2 - A return must be sent in its original packaging. Dejima reserves the right to refuse the return order if it has not been packaged in the right conditions and if the product comes back damaged.

6.3 - Reimbursement will be made by transfer to your bank account, within 14 days or less, from the date of receipt of the return order.

ARTICLE 8: DISPUTES

This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions of sale shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
