Usually ready in 24 hoursThe perfect pan for making delicious Japanese omelettes
Produced in Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, a well-known metal production area, this pan is traditionally used to make soft Japanese omelettes. The pan’s square shape, popular in the Kanto (Tokyo) region, creates thick, fluffy omelettes with several layers rolled up. The eggs are often mixed with seasonings such as soy sauce and dashi broth, which add flavour to the omelette. The good thermal conductivity of copper makes it the ideal material for making delicious tamagoyaki, as the heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
