Setouchi Craft Tea
Set of 10 tea bags grown under the sun of the Seto Inland Sea, between the islands of Honshu and Shikoku. The teas come from farms that use no pesticides or fertilisers, and are harvested as soon as they mature. The illustrations on the boxes, inspired by the culture of producing tea, were created by the Yotsume Dye Studio in Oita.
Sencha
– Green tea from Setouchi, naturally mild and non-astringent
Pour 200 ml of hot water at 80 ℃ and brew for 3 minutes
Hojicha
– Gently roasted green tea
Pour 200 ml of hot water at 100 ℃ and brew for 1 minute
Japanese Earl Grey
– Mild, naturally fruity black tea
Pour 200 ml of hot water at 100 ℃ and brew for 3 minutes
