Kansai-style Tamagoyaki Pan
The perfect pan for making delicious Japanese omelettes
Produced in Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, a well-known metal production area, this pan is traditionally used to make soft Japanese omelettes. The pan’s rectangular shape, popular in Kansai (Osaka region), creates thin, uniform omelettes in a single layer, and the elongated shape makes it easier to roll the omelette. The good thermal conductivity of copper makes it the ideal material for making delicious tamagoyaki, as the heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pan.
