Chopsticks for everything from cooking to serving

Set of three pairs of bamboo chopsticks produced by the Yamachiku workshop in Kumamoto. Lightweight and sturdy, these multi-purpose chopsticks are hand-decorated with red lacquer and presented in an original box.

1. Cooking and stirring – ‘Tsukuru’ chopsticks (30 cm) are long enough to allow you to stir-fry food without splashing oil. Their square sides allow you to place them on a flat surface without them slipping.

2. Dressing – ‘Moritsukeru’ chopsticks (28 cm) have thin, square ends for easy plating.

3. Serving – ‘Toriwakeru’ serving chopsticks (26 cm) have pointed ends on both sides, making it easy to serve two separate dishes. Their triangular shape in the centre makes them even more stable on the table.
