The height of contemporary Japanese design

Created for porcelain producer Kihara by leading Japanese designer Makoto Koizumi, the Sitaku collection brings together a variety of practical contemporary tools with a refined design.

The result of more than two years’ development, this coffee pot, which is designed to fit the dripper in the same collection, can also be used as a teapot. Equipped with a stainless steel filter and a lid, it gives the tea leaves enough room to fully open and release all their flavour. Its large capacity (500 ml) makes it ideal for serving up to three cups of coffee. The spout of the carafe has a water-repellent coating that prevent liquids from spilling out.
